Tuesday's Tip - Storing Flour

If you are stocking up on flour this week, make sure you remember to put it in the freezer if you won't use it for a while.  I was taught the rule of thumb is 5 days per pound.  Therefore you would be putting it in the freezer for 25 days if you have a 5 pound bag of flour.
