Chicken Roll-Ups

Here's the recipe I promised last week.

2  8-count tubes of crescent rolls
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. margarine, softened
1/4 c. milk
2 c. chopped and cooked chicken

2 T. onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped(sometimes I leave this out, depends on my mood or if I have it!)

Preheat oven to 350*.  Separate crescent roll dough into 8 rectangles.  Beat cream cheese, margarine, and 1/4 cup milk in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.  Stir in chicken, onion, and celery.  Spread cream cheese mixure on each rectangle.  roll to enclose filling.  Place on nonstick baking sheet.  Bake for 18-20 minutes or until brown.

I usually just take the broth from my chicken and make gravy to go over the roll-ups.  However, if you don't want to make gravy from scratch you can use the recipe that goes along.

10 oz can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk

Heat soup and milk together and spread over roll-ups.

These roll-ups freeze great, so make a double batch and put one in the freezer for next time you want an easy meal!
