Chocolate Zucchini Cake with Chocolate Frosting

Chocolate Zucchini Cake
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. canola or vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. chocolate chips

Beat the sugar, oil and eggs together. Add in remaining ingredients, except chocolate chips.
Pour into a 9x13" pan and sprinkle with the chocolate chips. Bake at 350F for 45 to 50 minutes.

Chocolate Butter Cream Frosting

6 T. butter or margarine, room temperature
1/2 c. cocoa
2 2/3 c. powdered sugar
4-5 T. milk or water
1 t. vanilla

Cream butter.  Add the cocoa and sugar.  Add the milk and vanilla and blend until smooth.

These are absolutely divine together!
