Peel and slice potatoes
Onions - chopped
1 stick butter - melted
Garlic Salt and Parmesan Cheese
Make a layer of potatoes in the bottom of your casserole dish, sprinkle with onions garlic salt and parmesan cheese, pour some butter over it all. Continue to layer until you've filled the dish. None of this has any measurements, you just make according to your family's appetite and tastes. This is so good!

Oh, my gosh, that sounds so good! I bet you could freeze it, too.
BTW, I added a comment and a link to your quest for organization tips. I'm sorry I didn't see it a few days ago!
This can also be done with steamed and mashed cauliflower and margarine or unsalted butter to make it a little healthier.
Another version can be done with diced, cooked ham on top of the potatoes and sharp cheddar instead of parmesan.
That sounds easy AND delicious. My favorite combo!
Thanks for sharing it.
