I was inspired by Life As Mom the other day when she said they usually make an Easter cake. So when my daughter wanted to bake a cake this afternoon I decided, "Why not?!" She wants to make another next weekend for the gathering at my husband's family. We had such fun and it really turned out quite well I think!
