1 c. rice with diced onion and 1 clove garlic. Fry this in 1 T of oil or butter until the color changes.
Add 1/2 c. Chicken broth or use water with bouillon, 2 T. tomato sauce. I take my homemade taco seasoning and some black pepper and sprinkle on top. I like the flavor the taco seasoning adds so I'm very generous with this.
