BBQ Sauce for grilling

This is a favorite sauce of ours.  This is my family recipe, we used this growing up.  I'm thinking my grandma may even have used this.  Yes, it's that good!

2 c. apple cider vinegar
2c.  water
1 stick margarine * don't use butter, it doesn't flavor the meat as well
3 T. salt   * original recipe called for more, but this is all we do
1 1/2 T. pepper
5 T. worchestershire sauce
1 T. Onion Powder
1 T. Garlic Powder

Boil all of these ingredients together in a saucepan.  Coat your meat every 5-10 minutes during grilling.

We mostly do pork chops/steaks, or chicken quarters with this.  I'm sure you could do many others, but these are our favorites!

Fabulous and Easy!!!
