Wednesday's Words of Wisdom

After talking about tithing I thought these verses were fitting.
2 Corinthians 9: 6-8

Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.

I hope you've found this post encouraging.

This is sooooo true!

I know that many people have trouble with this( even we did and once in awhile still do when things get to tight) but we give.
Giving is more than $$$ , it is your time, a smile, Godly advice, anything to help another in need ,to lift them up and encourage them.
You never know who you touch sometimes until the end.

busy mom, Very, very true! We have plenty of smiles to give around! One of the reasons I started this blog is to give encouragement to others. Yes someday I hope to make some money too, but for now, it's kinda my ministry!
