The most important step - Turn to God.
There is no one in this world that can help you any more than God. Jesus cares about whatever your circumstances are. He wants to wrap His arms around you and hold you. He may carry you through some of the rough parts, if you let him. Finding that faith can be tough!
Surround yourself with trusted Mentors
In all areas of your life. These are people you look up to. Sometimes they've gone the road before you, even if just a few steps ahead, they can give you some perspective. If possible, find someone you can bare your soul to.
Some of these mentors will be great ways to receive encouragement. When we were getting out of debt, I always listened to Dave Ramsey
I hope this blog can be an encouragement to some of you. No matter your income, you can get out of debt! It was only through God's perfect timing that we were able to become debt free. We still have struggles, living on quite a small income, but we are working on finding freedom and contentment!
