This is a family staple during the summer months! Very simple and NO measuring! Just prepare ingredients and layer. Delish!
1 lb. ground beef, mix with taco seasoning and beans
1 cup rice cooked
chopped green peppers
crushed Dorito type chips (not healthy, but adds a yummy crunch;)
You can omit any ingredients you don't like and add other ingredients that you prefer. Hubby always adds olives to his. That's the fun of this recipe, make it to fit your family, and that it's not truly a recipe, just a list of ingredients that you can mix and match!
